Broadcasting on RTL since 1990, the TV magazine deals week for week in its unique way with the events people are talking about. Current and stimulating reporting, exciting studio discussions and a critical analysis of scandals and misdeeds: such as Schockemöhles "jump bar affair," or the expenses scandal in the European Parliament.

With Günther Jauch live in the studio, you will always find top-flight studio guests such as Michael Gorbachev, Roman Herzog, Henry Maske, Steffi Graf or Claudia Schiffer. Whenever the situation calls for it, STERN and the Cologne TV magazine work together, even though both offices are formally completely independent of each other.

Nearly 80 employees participate in creating the live broadcast. The moderators, directors, cameramen, stagehands, editors and secretaries are jointly responsible for the program's content and success. The program is broadcast from Studio 1 at the NOB Studios in Hürth near Cologne. There is room for an audience of 120 people.
