The NEWS publishing group is bringing a new health magazine to Austria´s newsstands. NEWS – Leben will be published four times a year starting May 28, and will cover health- and wellness-related topics on an estimated 120 pages. The new magazine was born of its parent title NEWS and caters to 25- to 50-year-old readers.

As a separate magazine, NEWS – Leben will illumine the full range of subtopics in health in much greater depth than was previously possible. Priced at €2.20, the title has an initial print run of 100,000 copies.

Coming on the heels of the YOUNGSTYLE launch in early May, NEWS – LEBEN is the second new magazine out from the Austrian G+J subsidiary in a matter of weeks.

Dr. Torsten-Jörn Klein, member of the G+J executive board and head of the International Magazines division, commented: "Based on the NEWS publishing group´s excellent results in 2003, investing in new projects is a logical step to take.
