10 years of emotions: the first Gala special issue will be available at the news-stands from March 5.

This first special issue celebrates the tenth anniversary of Gala′s launch in February 1993.
Over the years Gala has established itself as one of
France′s leading brand magazines - in 2002 there was an
9.9% increase in distribution compared to 2001, with an average
of 272,000 copies* - and is also internationally renowned, with editions in Germany,
Russia and Poland.
Mr. Patrick Poivre d′Arvor said: "one can say that Gala has proven its worth in a media
genre where describing other peoples′ lives is paramount".
This Gala special issue, which concentrates on the theme "Ten years of emotions" and
has a preface written by Patrick Poivre d′Arvor, contains an exceptional photo album with
more than three hundred photos. These photos illustrate the most memorable political and
media events of the last ten years. In addition, this special issue recounts the stories of
stars such as Céline Dion and Johnny Halliday as well as the extraordinary fate of Princess Diana,
the racing driver Ayrton Senna and the Grimaldi family.
With a circulation of 300,000 copies and costing 5 Euro, this special issue contains 180 pages in total.
On sale for 56 days, it will be accompanied by poster and radio campaigns, as well as advertisements in
other magazines of the Prisma Presse group.
