Chef symposium CHEF-SACHE
CHEF-SACHE, the first German symposium for ambitious chefs and the catering industry left its host and initiators fully satisfied. CHEF-SACHE took place for the first time in Hamburg on September 14, 2009, parallel to the eat'n STYLE trade show. Arne Petersen (G+J Foodshow) and Thomas Ruhl (Port Culinaire) are proud that they managed to host 1,500 visitors and two parties together with the support of their media partners. Visitors included catering celebrities such as chefs Thomas Bühner, Volker Drkosch, Alejandro and Christopher Wilbrand, Kolja Kleeberg, Klaus Erfort, Jens Dannenfeld, Karl Heinz Hauser, Reto Mathis, Stefan Hermann, Michael Philipp, Iris Bettinger, Andreas Hillejan, Christian Mittermeier, Peter Maria Schnurr, and many others. There are nine three-star chefs in Germany and six of them visited or participated in this event. Germany has never experienced the presence of so many stars in a trade fair hall before.
CHEF-SACHE will therefore move to Cologne and become an independent symposium on October 25, 2010.
