Three people sit on the Executive Board of the printing and publishing house, Gruner + Jahr. Since January 6, 2009, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Gruner + Jahr has been Dr. Bernd Buchholz, who is responsible for G+J Germany since 2004.

2004 Dr. Torsten-Jörn Klein took over G+J International. Mr. Twardy, as CFO on the Gruner + Jahr Board, has represented the Corporate Services unit, which comprises the Corporate Development/Strategy, Finance, Legal, HR, HR Development, IT, Internal Administration, Printing Division and Paper Procurement divisions, as well as Newspapers.
