GEO SAISON is GEO’s multi-thematic travel magazine and is published twelve times a year. The title provides a large variety of tourism topics and travel destinations that include lots of highly beneficial information and advice: Each issue contains round about 700 tips. GEO SAISON authors and photographers do on-location research and report with the accuracy and general independence expected of GEO.

GEO SAISON sees itself as a travel magazine that invites its readers to discover and enjoy, as well as understand the unknown and at the same time also presents the most obvious attractions. It shows the way forward to a new culture of traveling where travelers are both independent and aware, to a kind of tourism that does not destroy what it finds but encounters people of different cultural circles and treats them with consideration and respect.

GEO SAISON provides suggestions and orientation guides for use during and after traveling: it has tips, poetic picture series, essays by experienced travel authors and guidebooks on topics such as health while traveling or traveling with children.
